Before We Begin
I think having diarrhea is a good thing. I love eating eggs, but I have a mild allergy to egg whites. I haven't precisely observed what exactly triggers the allergy, but I have two main suspects: "diarrhea" and "hives."
This belief that diarrhea is acceptable sparked the idea of writing a survival guide for Earth (though that phrasing feels a bit awkward). Therefore, this guide will cover some basic life knowledge, aiming to help the author understand that certain things shouldn't be consumed repeatedly.
- How many eggs can a person eat in a day?
Plenty, but eating too many can lead to gallstones.
- I love Little Hu Duck's duck feet—the kind where I buy a big bag and eat it over two days. This love might be a bit excessive (mainly because they have no bones and lots of cartilage), so I'm trying to resist repurchasing. On the other hand, I don't like this brand's chicken feet because the "boneless chicken feet" still have bits of bone left.
- Surprise! Eating eggs + milk causes bloating—much more noticeable than milk alone.
- When you have a cold, crumple a tissue into a vertical strip and insert it into one nostril. Mucus won't flow out that side for a while, but it will flow out the other side. Once both sides are blocked, you can breathe through your mouth. (This tip comes from ll, who misjudged the amount of mucus and severity of their cold, bringing only a small pack of tissues. Running out, they quickly ordered a delivery of tissues.)
